As a NH Family Photographer I often shoot at Macks Apples in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Its a popular place to get apples and pumpkins in the fall and I am not going to lie, pretty beautiful as well. So fall is here and it is time to start fall mini sessions..

Or is it?

It is fall, yes,  but its a bazillion degrees outside and about 8 leaves have changed color. So, as a photographer my goal is to find those 8 leaves and put them in the background of some of my photos. So there we have it – fall photos:)

I am not a “Photoshop” artist, I personally like to think everything is perfect out of camera. If I was, I could make every photo look like the perfect fall day.. but 50 years from now, you would look back and think wow, it was only September, why does it look like Mid October? I could think of a ton of examples of things added to photos, while I think its amazing art, it’s not our true reality.

So my goal in all of this is to document you, your surroundings, your family.. after all, it doesn’t look like Macks Apples in Florida:) I want to create memories that 50 years you can look back on and remember the reality of how it was, on a hot September day in New Hampshire in 2017.

So with all that said, this past weekend I met with this gorgeous little family that came up from Connecticut for their photos. Well, maybe a baptism was their real reason, but for me it was photos:) Can we just agree, they are the cutest? Regardless of there only being 8 fall leaves, they nailed it.

Here are a couple of my favorites. I captured way more, and presented way more. This was a mini session so mom and dad get to choose 7 of their favorites. I personally feel bad, their daughter is so cute!!!!
